Rules of the
exchange
1. Smoking
It is forbidden to smoke
inside the Residence even on the windows! So if you want to smoke, please go
outside and put the cigarettes in the ashtray.
Only in free time it is possible to smoke. So, we ask you not to smoke during the activities (workshops, energizers, intercultural evenings, guided visits). We open an exception for the coffee breaks.

2. Drinking
The participants are
allowed to drink but with moderation. You can be happy and enjoy the time with
the others without being drunk. Remember this is a youth exchange and we intend
to promote healthy lifestyles!
3. Schedules
It is important to start
and finish the activities on time, so everybody can feel good. There is no
defined schedule for sleeping, but you must be ready on time next day and full
of energy to share with the others.
4. Project implementation
Youth exchange
activities will be run by all the groups as agreed.
Implementation phase of
activities is a responsibility of all partners. Each group will be responsible
to organize some workshops, please check the timetable.
5. Active Participation
The
Youth Exchange is not a touristic project. You are coming to learn about a
subject and to meet people from other cultures and countries. So, it is
important that you keep your enthusiasm and active participation during the
planned activities.
